Summer is almost here! But, before you pack your bags and head for the beach, please take a few moments to address the following:

 

Place your orders now and beat the rush!  Gym uniforms are required for grades Pre-K - Grade 4. Check the School Store for more information.

 

Chapin School has recently adopted an electronic student health record system.  Your child's health records will be due on August 1.  In early July, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access CareFlow from our school website.  At that time, you can enter your child's health information and upload the forms requiring a doctor's signature.

If your child's doctor appointment has been scheduled to take place before July 1, please print the forms from the link below and have the doctor sign them.  After July 1, you can go onto the website and upload these forms directly to CareFlow.

Remember, students who play a sport MUST have a physical on file dated one year prior to the start of practice, which starts in early September.  This is a state mandate.  

Check the Lower School reading list and Upper School reading list for required reading due in the fall. Go to the Library Resources page for more detailed information.
