	Gym Uniforms Uniforms for grades Pre-K- grade 4 can be pre-ordered at Orientation or by contacting Karen Bennett at the school store. Summer Reading Lists These are found on the Library Resources page on the Student Portal. Some grades have associated projects. Health Forms All required Health Forms are found on the Health & Safety page under School Life and are due August 1. Tuition Invoices for the total year tuition are mailed to all families on or about June 1. If you choose the 10-month payment plan, your fist payment is due June 1. If you chose the 2-month payment plan your first payment is due July 1. Student Information Record With your verification, this important record assures us that the information we have in our database is correct. Please return this printed form promptly to be included in the Parent Diretory. Form due August 1. Website Password For new parents, you will get temporary, unique user names and passwords for yourselves and your student on July 1. Please log on and change your password under My Profile on the Parent Portal.   Honeywell Instant Alert After July 1, register your Honeywell Instant Alert account by logging on, add additional contact devices and choose alert settings for individual categories. Important School Forms Expect these in a Division Mailing in July. Forms need to be printed and returned to the school by August 1.   Upper School Books Upper School buys books through www.mbsdirect.net.   Sign up for optional programs and activities such as: Lunch Program After School Program Clubs Fall Sports (Soccer-girls and boys, grades 5-8 and Cross Country-girls and boys, grades 4-8)  Music Programs Music Lessons
