Affording Chapin School
Making Chapin affordable is a priority, so we are proud to offer discounted tuition as a solution for families considering kindergarten through grade eight. We want the Chapin experience to be available to many families and for tuition not to be a deterrent. At Chapin, the cost of education can be customized to each family’s ability to contribute to their child’s educational expenses. We encourage families of any income level to inquire about tuition assistance.
Financial Aid Application Process
Chapin School uses the Clarity Financial Aid Application to determine a family's eligibility for aid and to calculate the financial aid award. Chapin's Financial Aid Committee makes all final decisions. Decisions are communicated directly with the family, most often at the time an enrollment agreement is shared.
Our admission process is need-blind. This means students are admitted without consideration of their family's potential financial aid needs.
We do not offer merit-based scholarships. All financial aid is based on demonstrated need determined by the Clarity platform.
