Financial Aid Process

We use the Clarity Financial Aid Application to determine eligibility and calculate awards. Our Financial Aid Committee makes final decisions, communicated when enrollment agreements are shared.

Need-blind admissions: Students are admitted regardless of financial aid needs.

Need-based only: All aid is based on demonstrated financial need through Clarity—no merit scholarships offered.

Payment Plan Info 

• • Full Payment Plan If full payment is made by a designated date, a 1.5% discount is applied. 

  • Installment Plan This plan consists of two tuition payments with no additional interest or fees. Payments are due mid June and mid November. Updates to follow

  • 10-Month Payment Plan Automatic payments are set up through Blackbaud Tuition Management. 

  • Tuition Insurance Families on payment plans will be assessed a fee equal to 1.2% of tuition costs to cover mandatory tuition insurance. Tuition insurance is required for all families on payment plans. For more information please refer to the MyChapin Resource Board or contact our Business Office.

Deadlines 

• • December 19 - Financial aid application due for returning families.

  • January 15 – Applications are due for prospective students. Financial aid application is due for prospective families on this day as well.

  • March 10 – Application decisions are made for prospective students and financial aid decisions are shared with admitted students.
