After School Clubs

Spring club information is now available!
You can view dates and times of clubs by selecting the paper registration form or reviewing descriptions on this page. Registration is then via TADS as outlined below.  If you are having trouble opening this form, please contact Patty Holmes in the Business Office at 609-924-2644.
It is preferable for all registrations to go through TADS.  Once registered, an invoice will be generated within 5-7 business days.
Please follow this process to register for after school clubs.
Click on the TADS link (online registration) to the right under Items of Interest
Log into your TADS account
Select the "Enrollment" tab
Select the enrollment number in blue for your child's 17-18 enrollment contract
Select "Click here to edit student's enrollment information"
Select "Supplemental" in the gray bar 
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the green Edit button
You will now see selections regarding the club selections.  (this is all part of the initial enrollment contract.  You don't need to respond to enrollment questions again)  Once you make club selections, click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
TADS will now be ready to prepare the invoice for the charges which you will receive within 5-7 business days.

Payment is by credit card (American Express, Master Card, Discover or Visa) or by ACH debit from a checking or savings account.
If you pay by credit card, there is an additional 3.00% convenience fee assessed by the credit card company, which is not retained by Chapin School. ACH transactions via TADS are free of charge.
Please read the notice below about policy for registration and cancelling clubs (should there be a low enrollment).
If a club reaches maximum enrollment, it will be noted in the description below. No payment is required for that particular club until you are notified a space has become available.
Remember: Registration and payment need to be received at least one day in advance of the club start date by 4:00 PM for scheduling purposes. Registrations are not accepted after 4:00 PM the day before the club starts. We must notify instructors one day in advance if enough students  are registered. This means that a club with a low enrollment could be cancelled one to two days before a scheduled start date and registrations would not be accepted once that decision is made. If an instructor requires registration prior to one day before, it is noted in the description below.  Thank you for your understanding.
Questions regarding payment should be directed to Patty Holmes in the Business Office.  All other questions regarding clubs in general should be directed to Pam Hughes, Club Coordinator.

Club Personnel

All Club Leaders, in addition to all non-Chapin employees who work with our children, are required to have background checks.
