Payment Options

Registration for the 2nd half of the year is now open.
After School Program (ASP) registration 2017-2018 is now available.  All registrations will be through TADS allowing the option to pay the amount due in one, two, or three installments.  Once registered, an invoice will be generated within 5-7 business days.
Prices are listed at the bottom.

Please follow this process to register for the After School Program.
Click on the TADS link to the right 
Log into your TADS account
Select the "Enrollment" tab
Select the enrollment number in blue for your child's 17-18 enrollment contract
Select "Click here to edit student's enrollment information"
Select "Supplemental" in the blue bar 
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the green Edit button

You will now see selections regarding the After School Program plans and payment options.  (this is all part of the initial enrollment contract.  You don't need to respond to enrollment questions again)  Once you make an ASP plan and payment selection, click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
TADS will now be ready to prepare the invoice for the charges which you will receive within 5-7 business days.

Payment is by credit card (American Express, Master Card, Discover or Visa) or by ACH debit from a checking or savings account.
If you pay by credit card, there is an additional 3.00% convenience fee assessed by the credit card company, which is not retained by Chapin School. ACH transactions via TADS are free of charge.

After School Program

The After School Program (ASP) offers supervised after-school care until 6:00 p.m. for students in all grades. ASP, which features time for a snack and play, as well as mandatory homework time, is available at an additional expense as a service to working parents. Parents may sign up for a set number of days or on a per diem basis. Parents who register more than one child will receive a 25% discount on all subsequent children after the first.  This discount also applies to "drop in" families who are billed monthly.
Please remember that the After School Program closes at 6:00 p.m.  While we understand sometimes circumstances beyond your control may prevent you from being at school to pick up your child on time, you should make every effort to make arrangements for pick-up no later than 6:00 p.m.  We ask your cooperation in allowing our staff to leave on time at the end of each day.
For phone calls for ASP from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., please call 609-220-3243 and an ASP staff member will be available.  You may also reach the ASP phone by calling the school number 609-924-2449 ext 1784.  This extension will go directly to the number listed above.
If a student is registered for the half or full year plan and subsequently withdraws during the school year, there is no pro ration of the fee paid and no refund will be given.
Five days per week: 
$1,400.00 half year
$2,500.00 full year

Three days per week: 
$  950.00 half year
$1,700.00 full year
**Daily Drop-In Rate:
$15.00 per hour
Families will be billed on a monthly basis by the Business Office
Overtime Rate for pick up after 6:00 pm (for all plans):
$60.00 per hour
This rate starts at 6:01 and is billed in 15 minute increments. Example below.
6:01-6:15 = $15.00
6:16-6:30 = $30.00
6:31-6:45 = $45.00
6:46-7:00 = $60.00
**Although no pre-registration is required for drop ins, please email your child's teacher or send a note in their book bag to alert the teacher that your child is to be dismissed to ASP.  It is also helpful if you inform your child on any days that they are to go to ASP. 

It is easier and preferable to register online. However, if you still wish to use a paper form,
