Affording Chapin School

Making Chapin affordable is a priority, therefore we’re proud to offer discounted tuition as a solution for families considering kindergarten through grade eight. We want the Chapin experience to be available to many families and for tuition not to be a deterrent. At Chapin, the cost of education can be customized to each family’s ability to contribute to their child’s educational expenses. We encourage families of any income level to inquire about tuition assistance.

TADS Application 
We partner with TADS to evaluate a family’s ability to pay. We consider family size, tuition for other children, assets, and liabilities when determining the family’s contribution. Begin Your TADS application.

Important TADS Deadlines

• December 8, 2022 (returning families)  - TADS application along with 2021 Federal income tax returns with all schedules as filed with the IRS and W-2 forms (custodial and non-custodial parents and student applicant)
• February 1, 2023 (new families)  - TADS application along with 2022 Federal income tax returns with all schedules as filed with the IRS and W-2 forms (custodial and non-custodial parents and student applicant)
• March 1, 2023 (returning and new families) - submission of 2022 Federal income tax returns with all schedules as filed with the IRS and W-2 forms (custodial and non-custodial parents and student application)
