Clubs & Activities

The After School Program (ASP) offers supervised after-school care until 6:00 p.m. for students in all grades at an additional expense as a service to working parents. Additional features include time for snacks and play as well as mandatory homework time. 

Parents may sign up for a set number of days or on a per diem basis. Parents who register more than one child will receive a 25% discount on all subsequent children after the first. This discount also applies to "drop in" families who are billed monthly.

There are a variety of fee-based clubs for students to join throughout the year, including chess, the Chapin newspaper, coding and more. All Club Leaders, in addition to all non-Chapin employees who work with our children, are required to have background checks  and follow Chapin's Covid 19 protocols. Learn more and register here. 

Chapin offers private music lessons after school at an additional fee, including a wonderful Suzuki violin program, as well as experienced and acclaimed professionals teaching voice, winds, brass and piano. Sign up for private lessons here.
