Brock Putnam, Class of 1959, visits with Head of School Mrs. Pasteris. When Mr. Putnam attended Chapin, the school was located at 11 Mercer Street. Now Chapin sits on a beautiful 14.5 acre campus with over 90,000 square feet of learning spaces and state-of-the-art facilities for our students, faculty, and families.
Chapin’s Upper School has a really amazing Discovery program where students and teachers can explore new and intriguing topics. Classes vary by trimester but this Spring include Beading, Ukulele, Canoe Building, Chinese Paper Cutting, Cricket, Gardening, and many others.
